L O A D I N G

PREPARED is a next-generation Disaster Preparedness VR Simulator designed to train individuals, emergency responders, and organizations in life-saving techniques during critical emergency situations. The first mission, Fire Escape & Rescue Challenge, puts players in a high-stakes fire emergency where they must navigate a burning building, follow evacuation protocols, and make real-time survival decisions.

Currently, the project is being developed for PC, but it will be scaled to Virtual Reality (VR) for an immersive, hands-on experience. Additionally, the simulator will be made available through Pixel Streaming, allowing users to run it directly in a browser without high-end hardware, leveraging the power of Unreal Engineโ€™s advanced streaming capabilities.

๐Ÿ”น Key Features & Technologies

๐ŸŽฎ Powered by Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) โ€“ Delivering stunning realism and interactivity.
๐Ÿ”ฅ Advanced Fire Simulation with Niagara โ€“ Realistic fire behavior, smoke, and particle effects dynamically react to the environment.
๐Ÿ”„ Complex AI Behavior using Behavior Trees โ€“ AI-driven NPCs that simulate real human responses to fire emergencies, creating dynamic and unpredictable scenarios.
๐Ÿ–ฑ Interaction System โ€“ Players can interact with doors, fire extinguishers, alarms, and rescue tools, creating an authentic emergency experience.
๐ŸŒŸ Lumen & Ray Tracing for Cinematic Realism โ€“ High-fidelity lighting and reflections enhance the immersive atmosphere.
๐ŸŽฌ UE5 Sequencer for Cinematics โ€“ Story-driven sequences introduce each mission, providing context and emotional depth to the challenges.
๐Ÿ–ฅ Pixel Streaming Support โ€“ Run the simulator on any device with a web browser, eliminating hardware barriers.
๐Ÿ•ถ VR Adaptation (Upcoming) โ€“ Future updates will bring full VR support for a highly interactive, immersive training experience.

๐Ÿšจ Mission 01: Fire Escape & Rescue Challenge

๐Ÿ”ฅ Navigate a burning office building in a high-risk fire emergency.
๐Ÿšช Find safe exits while dealing with blocked paths, structural hazards, and smoke-filled rooms.
๐Ÿงฏ Use fire extinguishers and other rescue tools strategically.
๐Ÿ†˜ Assist NPCs (AI-driven characters) who react dynamically to the fire and require help. (Rescue, Injured and Revive animation development is in progress and will be changed once completed)
๐Ÿ•’ Make quick decisions under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions. (Mission will have more objectives as the development progresses)
